He has renovated and restored some of the finest homes throughout Metro Boston—including frame restoration of the famed "Yin Yu Tang" Chinese home now on permanent display at the Peabody Essex Museum. Geof is masterful at managing details, which harkens back to his days as a restoration expert. Those experiences include masterfully recreating intricate entry facades of exquisite brownstones in Boston’s Back Bay and South End, as well as restoring various historic timber framed barns, homes and church steeples throughout New England. He has taught carpentry and preservation workshops in India, Roxbury and the Old South Meetinghouse in Boston. Imagine what Geof will do for your project!
